A family-run team you can rely on

L&M Property and Cleaning Services is a family-run business with over 20 years of combined experience in cleaning and property care. We work across London and Kent for homeowners, tenants, landlords, letting agents, managing agents and businesses. We also have our own NICEIC-registered electrician and Gas Safe registered plumber, so we can carry out EICRs and all electrical work, and plumbing, heating, gas work and gas safety certificates too.

We keep things simple: tell us what you need and when, and we'll tailor the clean to suit. Our cleaners are trained to deliver the same standard on the hundredth clean as on the first, and we regularly ask customers for feedback so we keep getting better.

Most of our work comes from repeat customers and recommendations. We'd like to earn yours too.
