L&M Property and Cleaning Services is a family-run business with over 20 years of combined experience in cleaning and property care across London and Kent.
Who we are
We look after homes, rental properties, offices and residential estates for homeowners, tenants, landlords, letting agents, managing agents and businesses. We also have our own NICEIC-registered electrician and Gas Safe registered plumber, so we can carry out EICRs and all electrical work, and plumbing, heating, gas work and gas safety certificates too.
We keep things simple: tell us what you need and when, and we'll tailor the clean to suit. There's no one-size-fits-all approach, so every quote is built around your property.
How we work
Our cleaners are trained to deliver the same standard on the hundredth clean as on the first. Every job is checked against our checklist, and we regularly ask customers for feedback so we keep getting better.

We're SafeContractor approved and accredited by the British Institute of Cleaning Science, our electrician is NICEIC registered and our plumber is Gas Safe registered, so you can be confident our standards have been independently checked.
