Booking a clean with L&M is simple. Here's what happens from your first message to the finished job.
Tell us what you need
Call us on 020 3195 3824, email info@lmcleaningservices.co.uk or send the quote form. Let us know the type of property, its size, the service you need and when you'd like it done.
The more detail you can give, such as the number of bedrooms or the size of the office, the more accurate your quote will be.
Get your quote
We'll come back to you with a quote, usually the same working day. For larger jobs, such as office contracts or estate cleaning, we may visit first so we can quote accurately.
Arrange access
Choose a date and time that suits you. You don't need to be at the property: many customers leave keys with us, with a concierge or with their letting agent.
We clean
Our trained, fully insured team arrives on time with all the equipment and products needed, and works through the property using our cleaning checklist.
We check it
Every job is checked against the checklist before sign-off. If anything isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and put it right.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you give me a quote?
We aim to reply with a quote the same working day. For larger contracts we may arrange a short visit first.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. We just need access arranged in advance, for example keys left with us, a concierge or your letting agent.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Our team brings all the equipment and products needed for the job.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Let us know as soon as possible and we'll come back and put it right.
