Gas Safe registered
All gas work is carried out by our own Gas Safe registered engineer. By law, anyone working on gas appliances in the UK must be on the Gas Safe Register, so you can be sure the work is legal, safe and certified.
Gas safety certificates for landlords
Landlords must have every gas appliance, fitting and flue in their rented properties checked for safety every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Existing tenants must be given a copy of the record within 28 days of the check, and new tenants before they move in.
We carry out the annual check, issue your gas safety certificate and, if anything fails, our engineer can carry out the repair.
